Holiday Inn Express Manchester East

We enjoyed our stay for 2 nights. Good location; breakfast was good. Taxi service recommended to us was excellent.

Liked: Staff were very helpful and polite.
Disliked: Bed was hard and small. You could have a better bar menu.

Disliked: The bed has given both me and my partner a back ache. There was no ac. We asked for an addition fan and never got one. Got to the hotel late as I traveled from London at 3am the staff are asking me to wait till they finish their audit. Complete unacceptable

Liked: Perfect price, close location to city center, clean bathroom, helpful smily personal, breakfast perfect, cofee to go was perfect for morning traveling by car, free parking, nice bed, everything clean. I dont know what else

Relaxing and enjoyable and lovely...

Liked: Property is very clean and well maintained with bin facilities and a lot of parking space.
Disliked: Nothing that we didn’t like, but may we suggest more bins and a nice picnic bench, if we can sit outside when the weather’s nice.
