Elizabeth W, Prestatyn , visiting The Star And Garter Manchester

Liked: Free breakfast; everything we needed provided in the room.
Disliked: On the first night, Saturday 8th March, we hardly had any sleep because of very noisy people coming back around 2.30am. This continued for an hour or so and security were called to access the room. Had very little sleep but second night was OK as they'd obviously checked out.

It was good for the...

Liked: The breakfast was nice. The bed was comfortable to sleep in and really like the city view from the room. Shower was great!
Disliked: A section of the window frame was broken just not great aesthetically and should really be fixed. Overall the room looked a bit old and could do with some updates. Wanted to call in to reception but the phone in the room doesn't actually work, not sure why it's there. For one night it was ok.
