Disliked: Taking the money for the room before we'd checked in.

Not recommended. I was very disappointed with a few things? Firstly there was only one towel between us so had to ask for more; second, the shower holder was broken so we had to hold the shower up whilst showering.

Disliked: One towel for 2 people. Shower head support broken.

Perfect location for attending gigs at New Century Hall; hotel was clean and very comfortable; the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Liked: Spacious, modern room; comfy bed; fab shower.
Disliked: There was a musty smell in the corridors.

Liked: Comfortable enough, good bathroom and very well located for the AO Arena and Arndale Centre. All we needed for an excellent overnight stay and a very good breakfast. Staff need congratulating for the way they coped with the extremely busy breakfast numbers.
Disliked: Nothing, it all worked well. Because it was a busy weekend for the city the price was extremely high even though booked months ago, but it was what it was!

Liked: Room nightmare ended up moving. No phone, no remote, no electric

Nice stay in a central...

Liked: Location. quick and easy check in and out.
Disliked: Room cleanliness, had to report unhygienic marks on the bedroom wall (which bed was against) and get someone to come and clean it. Also TV in room was dodgy, made a sizzling noise from the back as it had a loose connection. Reported to receptionist and she said nothing she could do.

Great location for the Arena...

Liked: Great location, decent size rooms. Breakfast was ok, with a good choice but would have preferred fried eggs rather than scrambled, nice sausages.
Disliked: As mentioned, the scrambled eggs, but that's personal preference .
