Not recommended. I was very disappointed with a few things? Firstly there was only one towel between us so had to ask for more; second, the shower holder was broken so we had to hold the shower up whilst showering.

Disliked: One towel for 2 people. Shower head support broken.

Perfect location for attending gigs at New Century Hall; hotel was clean and very comfortable; the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Liked: Spacious, modern room; comfy bed; fab shower.
Disliked: There was a musty smell in the corridors.

The stay was good.

Liked: The location of the property is very nice. It’s extremely close to Arndale & Manchester Piccadilly station. The staff is very courteous and supportive.
Disliked: Cleanliness in the restaurant is not good enough. Services like luggage assistance is not available. No real food options available for Vegetarians if you’re ok to survive in bread, butter amazing marmalades and hashbrowns.

Pricey for a budget hotel.

Liked: Location is good, friendly staff, good breakfast
Disliked: Booked a city view room and all I could see was the apartment block in front of our room where residents waved to my partner, could just about see the top of the Hilton. Wasn’t worth the extra cost. Sofa was stained, TV is ancient.Also if I’d checked and rebooked I could have saved £150 on the booking
