Liked: Room, staff, food.
Disliked: Taking the money for the room before we'd checked in.

Not recommended. I was very disappointed with a few things? Firstly there was only one towel between us so had to ask for more; second, the shower holder was broken so we had to hold the shower up whilst showering.

Disliked: One towel for 2 people. Shower head support broken.

Perfect location for attending gigs at New Century Hall; hotel was clean and very comfortable; the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Liked: Spacious, modern room; comfy bed; fab shower.
Disliked: There was a musty smell in the corridors.

Excellent stay, great staff, lovely...

Liked: Reception staff were very good, professional and extremely helpful. Staff in the breakfast room were excellent, it was extremely busy but they still kept ahead on clearing tables and getting people seated. Good supply of foods available. We had an issue with one of our beds and also the room phone was not working so we had our room changed. The staff could not have been more helpful. The WIFI was fantastic.
Disliked: The beds weren’t all that comfortable. Was pleased I went by train as there are no car parking facilities.

Disliked: The breakfast was abit naff the scrambled egg was the best part and no mushrooms

Liked: The breakfast was nice (although a few items were missing or not restocked) and a majority of the staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: My bed was broken and there were stains all over the carpet.
