Liked: Staff were excellent, very friendly, service at breakfast/dinner was the same, reception were very helpful, organised taxi to airport for us and it arrived o0n time
Disliked: perhaps lifts rather small otherwise all good

Holiday Inn Express

Liked: The second night and room were significantly more comfortable. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Despite requesting twin beds, we were given a double. Due to hotel being fully booked, no other room was available, so my daughter slept on the floor. Room above kitchen area, which was very loud, due to boilers and/or ventilation. Dining area looked tired and rather dingy.

Liked: The staff were so helpful and polite. They went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay.We're looking forward to coming back next week and will definitely stay again in the future!!!!
Disliked: Nothing it was perfect.
