Liked: The room was spacious, clean and comfy. Breakfast was tasty, enough options and fresh pancakes were a lovely surprise.

A great stay for LAX

Liked: Kelvin and Carmen were friendly and efficient at check out..We were able to get a late (two hour) checkout..The breakfast staff were superb, as was the cleaner.The room was what we expected. It was very good..The shuttle service was great.
Disliked: All good.

It was a great stay,...

Liked: I liked the heated pool, the breakfast was great, and it was extremely clean! Everything we needed was provided. The AC worked very good as well as the microwave, and fridge. The beds were a little small for two heavyset people but we have the same bed at home, and this was wayyy more comfy.
Disliked: Maybe the elevator could be a bit faster, but other than that we had no issues.

Liked: Location is good, close to freeway and to a lot of places. The breakfast was good. Comfy pillows and bed. Room was clean. Friendly staff.
Disliked: The parking lot gets packed, but it is expected.

Great hotel, great location after...

Liked: Great location, comfortable and clean. The staff were great and not far from the airport. Great breakfast provided.
Disliked: The lifts were very slow and one not working, which made it very difficult at times. But I am sure this is being rectified.
