Passable

Liked: Comfortable and clean
Disliked: I had a loud buzzing noise from something in the room all night - perhaps the AC. I slept dreadfully. I reported it at checkout when the receptionist asked me how my stay was. Whilst he apologised, he did nothing to offer any incentive to return or compensate me in any way for the very poor sleep I had. I travel to Hammersmith at least once a month overnight and could easily make the Holiday Inn Express my preferred hotel but I probably won't return.

Excellent spot

Liked: Staff were very efficient and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room v clean and well equipped. Air conditioning was brill. The breakfast was great and the location was really convenient to the city centre and only a short 5minute walk to the underground station and the area had lots of shops and restaurants too and was safe.

Disappointing

Liked: The staff were good on the evening and polite.
Disliked: The room wasn’t available when I arrived at 8pm, and it took a long time to sort. When I did get to the room, it had a foisty dirty smell and there was a used tissue on the floor. I didn’t go and try to change room as they’d already said they were over booked for the night. The entrance is in a back lane behind a Wetherspoons.

Good

Liked: It was clean, staff friendly and it had soap, shampoo and body wash. You had a flat pillow and a plump pillow which is great, as a front sleeper I always need a flat pillow that you don’t always get at a hotel!
Disliked: The breakfast was disappointing. The hot food was cold and there is no way of warming up a croissant.The bed was a little hard and it was a bit noisy with the trains. You should mention bringing ear plugs to guests if they are light sleepers. You should also put on your listing that hand soap, shampoo and body wash are included in the room.

Liked: Perfect location, nice staff, good food, clean
Disliked: It was better if we had a liltte fridge in the room

Disliked: The pluming in the bathroom was not great. The toilet did not fully flush during the entire time I stayed
