Disliked: Breakfast was mediocre. Mostly fried food with few cold continental style options and little fresh healthy food.

Very good value and location...

Liked: We were a family of four with 11 and 14 year old kids. We thought the location was good, a 10 minute walk from the Hammersmith underground, plenty of shops and pharmacies close by for convenience. Wetherspoons on the corner of the entrance allowed kids until 11pm. We walked back to the hotel at night and felt safe.The room had an iron, hairdryer and enough space for a young family.
Disliked: Everything about the room was comfortable and clean, cleaning staff were very good and accommodating. Being critical - some of the bathroom fittings could do with renewal e.g. taps, handles etc. But otherwise everything was in good working order.

Liked: Location is very good. Near to the tube and surrounding areas are convenience to get food, grocery, restaurants and malls.
Disliked: A little noisy due to the train tracks are nearby to our Windows.
