nightmare
Liked: this hotel was closed when we arrived and the people in there were rude and refused to help out in any way we had four rooms soiled and all money was taken from my account booking.com hung up on me twice this left us stranded with no accommodation on a Saturday eve in London absolute disgrace and still no contact from either company

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.
Disliked: The fact that the curtain in room 206 didnt close completely and had some light coming through, also the red light from the AC panel shining through the night.

Very good value for money...
Liked: Very good value for money - also breakfast was very good (even if it's the same English breakfast on a daily basis - we've stayed for 4 nights so we didn't get the chance to get annoyed).
Disliked: Street rooms will be somehow too noisy for light sleepers (but you are provided with ear plugs so this is also taken into consideration by the hotel).
