Fantastic, attentive and friendly staff.

Liked: Amazing staff, so friendly and helpful. Went way above the level of service you would normally expect to receive. They made all the difference.
Disliked: Nothing.

Clean hotel with lovely staff,...

Liked: The property was well presented and smelt really clean as soon as we walked in.The breakfast was lovely with some good options and the staff were really friendly and helpful, even giving us a good recommendation for a local restaurant to try.The rooms were clean and tidy, well stocked and even had some lovely smelling dove hand wash and shower gel.
Disliked: The doors were a little heavy throughout the property which I get they are fire doors but for my disabled mum in a wheelchair, she wouldn’t have been able to do it alone.The lifts are a little small but we managed to fit it with the wheelchair, it was just a tight squeeze.

Liked: Location to train station was excellent for getting to London. Friendly service and nice breakfast in the morning.
Disliked: Needed code for toilet facilities in reception area and room card to operate lifts. Thought it was a bit over the top.

Apart from my complaint about...

Liked: I have often stayed at Holiday Express hotels, so this lived up to my expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I could not have site for better service. The room was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect for my travelling by train, as it was so close to the station.
Disliked: However, the closeness of the station did provide a problem for me, as the noise from the nearby railway caused me to keep the window closed, and as the weather was very humid, I woke up in the night feeling too warm.
