Liked: Location was ideal for train station, breakfast was very good, suiting all types.
Disliked: Vegetarian sausages, we're a little disappointing, not very tasty. Nothing you cannot do, but the noise from the train station, was quite loud.

Liked: I turn up early and the staff are so helpful. Looked after me from the moment I set foot through the door. All easy, no hassle, just set off on such a good note.
Disliked: Nothing, I genuinely could not find a fault.

It’s was okay overall.

Disliked: The bed and room space and if they could accommodate more halal and vegan options for breakfast as there wasn’t much options.

Disliked: Felt the cleanliness could be better. Had to move room due to very unpleasant smell (room 501). Receptionist agreed when he came to investigate. Either bad damp or something had died in the air con unit.Moved to Room 702 - air con didn’t work. Waited hours for repair man who could only do a temporary fix which wasn’t great. Shower head had black mould on it. Areas around taps needed cleaned properly. There was blue mould on bread one morning too. Reported to staff, just said ‘sorry’ and to give her it.
