Disappointing especially lack of a/c...

Liked: Staff were plesant
Disliked: Informed on arrival that air conditioning wasn’t working. Room very hot which made sleeping difficult. Hotel very tired with ripped carpeting and worn decor. Good tap ran scalding water for a minute until it cooled down.

A shabby worn out motel

Liked: The gas station is just around the corner
Disliked: We arrived late and exhausted, only to watch a dodgy couple argue their way into a room. When it was finally our turn, we were informed—very casually—that none of the air conditioners were working. Apparently, refunds are only for direct bookings; Booking.com guests just get heatstroke.Too tired to fight, we slept in a sauna with curtains. Checked out the next morning, happily abandoning two more prepaid nights like bad decisions.The best part? They didn’t even bother to warn Booking.com. Because why ruin the surprise?

It was an anticlaimax

Liked: Air conditioning was not working, this wasn’t mentioned at the time of booking. Also advertised on site parking but did not mention it was a public car park that’ll cost £25 a night
Disliked: Staff could have been more sympathetic about the disappointing air conditioning in the hotel

Good Location, great staff and...

Liked: Great location with friendly staff. The rooms were well-maintained and clean, with excellent housekeeping service. I would like to particularly commend Kevin at the front desk for his professionalism during my check-in process and his willingness to accommodate my additional requests.
Disliked: The air conditioning was not working in any of the guest rooms during my entire stay. I had booked two rooms and was traveling with a family including young children and elderly. Sleeping without air conditioning after long, hot days was very unpleasant and made our stay quite uncomfortable.
