Overall a pleasant stay and...

Liked: The staff were friendly and efficient. The location was fantastic. Miriam who supervised the whole breakfast area was amazing and an absolute pleasure, making sure everything was up to standard. Always having a smile on her face!
Disliked: Foyer carpet has seen better days and could do with an update or major clean at least. Rooms were a bit smaller than expected.

Liked: Location was good. Overall good.
Disliked: No fridge in the room. Toilet exhaust fan doesnt work.

Great location friendly staff

Liked: Location was perfect for us. So easy to get around on the tube. Staff were welcoming and very helpful.
Disliked: The carpet on the stairs down to the breakfast was filty and needs to be replaced.

The only good thing is...

Liked: Location is perfect.
Disliked: There was a used nappy left in the bathroom bin that smelled. The carpet in the whole of the hotel is in need of replacement - it's dirty, not fitted properly and it smelled. The air con in the room kept turning on and was very loud disrupting our sleep. All in all this was not worth the money and the name of Holiday Inn.

Very good location. Friendly staff...

Liked: This was close to Plimico tube station so walking distance with suit cases. Was in walking distance to Victoria station and Buckingham Palace etc.All staff were so friendly and helpful
