It was good but breakfast...

Liked: Spacious room, air con unit was provided. Location was good.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn't great, air con unit we had to empty the water at 3am in the morning.

Noisy

Liked: How quick the staff checked us in and helpfully
Disliked: The noise. We closed the window obviously to shut out outside noise. Had someone in another room open and slam their door shut over 50 times throughout the night/early hours of the morning. So sleep was poor.

Exceptional

Liked: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and all our requests were perfectly fulfilled. The reception staff were excellent, always willing to help with a smile. Breakfast was delicious and the team assisting there was outstanding, especially Miriam, who stood out for her warmth and efficiency. Highly recommended!

Perfect pre cruise stay.

Worst hotel ever stayed at,...

Liked: Location was perfect
Disliked: Small, poor facilities.Breakfast sub standard, very expensive for tiny room. Very noisy could hear everything. Would never stay again. Dirty rooms & in need of massive re furb.

Overall a pleasant stay and...

Liked: The staff were friendly and efficient. The location was fantastic. Miriam who supervised the whole breakfast area was amazing and an absolute pleasure, making sure everything was up to standard. Always having a smile on her face!
Disliked: Foyer carpet has seen better days and could do with an update or major clean at least. Rooms were a bit smaller than expected.
