Liked: Hotel is a good base to explore close to Pimlico tube station , room was ok for a 3 night stay , check in was easy and quick.Breakfast was good .
Disliked: Bedroom carpet could do with a clean , window was a sash window draughty and a bit noisy , not much room to hang clothes .

Liked: The location was good, silent, the breakfast is simple but delicious, the rooms were clean.
Disliked: The sizes of the rooms were small, the beds were also very little, the closing of the windows was quite bad, so the rooms were little bit cold.

Excellent stay

Liked: Breakfast was very good, our room was in the basement so we did not have a view, but it was still great. The location was excellent just a walk away from the theatre. Our room was very clean and comfortable, would stay again .Staff was friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: It was all good, nothing come to mind.

Liked: I liked that he hotel was close to Victoria Station.
Disliked: When I booked room it said city views - if having a room in the basement and your “city view “ is a view of the stairs going up to the side walk considered city view then next time I will ask 1st floor and what is considered city view. Also the bathroom sink was so tiny you could barely wash your face and would spill water on floor while doing so.

Liked: The room was nice and clean, and there were no issues. The location is good for what we wanted. The breakfast not happy; reason being, if breakfast finishes at 10:30, when we arrived in the dining area for 10:10, there was no cooked breakfast, this needs to be topped up until the end of breakfast. More customers arrived for breakfast, and nothing was available to eat. The staff commented that the customer slept in and that breakfast is finished in 5 minutes, but no rush!. Yes, the staff was happy to make the customer breakfast, but that's not the point!The food needs to be topped up right up to the point of when breakfast ends, and not to lift the lids on empty server plates; is not acceptable.
Disliked: The breakfast, no cooked food available.

Disliked: Small beds for a 5'11" person like me. My mother stayed in another room, which was horrendously hot despite the wall mounted temperature controls being off, the radiator was still hot! Carpet was worn off, visibly dirty.
