Lovely manager, helpful staff and excellent location
Liked: We were transferred to best Western plus across the road. No problem, our new hotel was very nice on all counts. The bed was particularly comfortable
Disliked: I would have preferred non-dairy yoghurt, but under lockdown one has to be understanding.

Very disappointed with The Holiday Inn Express.
Liked: The Best Western staff were great and tried their best to help us when The Holiday Inn Express had let us down.
Disliked: Arriving at The Holiday Inn to be told they were closed for a private function. We were moved to The Best Western but we had paid for a full breakfast both mornings and this was not available - no apologies from The Holiday Inn and we felt very let down. Our complaint is against The Holiday Inn Express and not The Best Western.

Disliked: Not clean I can say not deserve all the money The staff didnt help my concerns , I felt the room is hot and there was noise outside from the bar in front of the hotel I asked the open the AC for me but he advise only to open the window I couldnt sleep that night .- the towels smelled bad but when I asked they changed for me to be honest. - they took 50 deposits till now not refunded for me my stay was on 7-9 March when I called after 5 days from the checkout they said it took up to one week and today we are almost two weeks ????!! Overall bad experience Thank you
