Liked: Friendly staff. Excellent service.

Liked: The bed and room were very comfortable.

Staff were welcoming and helpful; hotel was local to the ABBA concert; would definitely consider staying again.

Liked: Breakfast had plenty of choices; food was good. Bed was lovely and big; room was modern and clean.
Disliked: No Netflix on TV casting from smartphones; requires a paid for app; room felt cold - temperature control didn’t seem to do much.

Staff so friendly, nothing is bother. I even left my straighteners and they posted them to me. Honesty is a must. Highly recommend.

Visited the ABBA Arena - the hotel is perfectly placed to stroll along there and back to it. Lovely clean room, and bathroom. Breakfast was delicious.

Liked: Location. Within walking distance of both Stratford tube station and the ABBA Arena.
Disliked: Nothing.

Very disappointed with the room; the noise and the fact there wasn't any orange juice at breakfast. Would not recommend this hotel.

Liked: It was close to the venue.
Disliked: Room - we were in a fully disabled room, next to the lift and couldn't sleep for the people arguing and screaming at each other in the early hours of the morning. I couldn't call reception from the room, as the phone in a fully disabled room wasn't working.

Noise from road is quite bad. Incorrect food cooked when told staff at desk no refund offered. Breakfast not best.

Liked: Room clean and spacious.
Disliked: Noisy in bedroom.

Ideal hotel for ABBA concert. Clean rooms and facilities. Friendly staff.
