Liked: The included buffet breakfast was probably the best we have ever had at a hotel. The staff went out of their way to be helpful.
Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were the worst; so hard. The location was okay for the airport but not for the town center

Liked: Great location near Luton Airport if you have an early flight, like we did. Breakfast starts at 4am, there are screens with real-time departure and arrival information, and the reception is open 24/7. A shuttle bus is available, or you can simply walk — it’s just 400 meters to the terminal.
Disliked: All in all, a very good stay. Some facilities could use an update — the bathtub, for instance, felt a bit old and worn. Also, extra amenities like toothbrushes or toothpaste are only available upon request.
