Liked: Our room was clean and comfortable. Beds were lovely.
Disliked: We went for breakfast in the morning, and they had run out of everything. Staff not very helpful just said it was all gone. Terrible breakfast service no clean tables or any cutlery.

Functional but the hotel was...

Liked: Clean room
Disliked: Hotel staff were overwhelmed, the hotel was full, so the bar ran dry, check in took over an hour in the heat with no air con and breakfast was a joke, not enough food, long queues. Oh, and expensive for what it was.

Liked: The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was exceptionally clean, and the bathroom mirror and lighting were super practical.The room was VERYY clean.
Disliked: They barely have any plugs. I found it difficult to get ready comfortably due to the poor layout and lack of functional space. Getting ready outside the bathroom was frustrating and inefficient—the mirror, plug socket, and surface for placing my items were all in separate locations. Although there was a desk with a chair that seemed suitable for doing hair or makeup, it lacked a mirror. The only mirrors available were in the bathroom and a full-length mirror awkwardly positioned near the door. This disconnected layout made it SO inconvenient when preparing for an event,

Disliked: Breakfast was poor. Food was tasteless and not much available on both occasions when we came down for breakfast.Also, it didn't help only having one lift in service, had to wait a few times for a free lift to get to our room on 7th floor.

Value for money!!!

Liked: Spacious, very clean and tidy room. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was really good. AC worked well. Lot of mobile charging spots. We came from Netherlands and forgot the charger. But the room had direct C type cable connector option for charging. Overall a very good experience.
