Terrific place to stay with...

Liked: Good food. Well designed hotel obviously from years of experience. Outstanding bed. Slept like a dream. Amazing helpful and friendly staff. A solid 9 stars.
Disliked: There were some incongruous things to explain the deduction of one star:• shower heads non adjustable (they cost £10).• knifes, forks and spoons right at opposite end of breakfast area from the foods for which you need cutlery.• fruit juice machines have the names of the juices along the top of the columns containing the juices, but the word water at the bottom, so at first glance you think the columns contain only juices or only water.

Stay is good overall

Liked: The room was excellent and kept tidy daily. Breakfast was good but could have been great with more options. the location is excellent as it provides easy access to any means of transportation.
Disliked: There is no provision for early arrivals, strict of 3:00 pm access to allocated room

Never again

Liked: Stephen and joy were amazing. Beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was reasonable. Staff in am good too.
Disliked: Dust on every surface, including shower tray, kettle and toilet. No parking. Pubes on shower screen. Right next door to cemex so really noisey in am. Downstairs toilets dirty. Food for dinner was awful served cokd taken away, reheated served cold and congealed and one dish was rock solid and inedible.

Liked: Breakfast, Room. Staff excellent - good to see the new restauant - parking is still chaotic and restricted due to ongoing building work at the hotel

Liked: Food quality was good when available.
Disliked: Breakfast was fine when there was food there. This morning at 9.45am, very little hot food, no bread, no pastries. Very disappointing for all the people there at the time.
