Disliked: I'm not one to complain, but the bed was like sleeping on a board, the bathroom door handle was broke off, and had to wait at the front desk for several minutes before staff showed up to check us in.

Disliked: Booking was for two rooms with two queen beds with request to be close together. Request was approved via email. Upon arrival (after waiting over 10 minutes for front desk attendant) we were given two rooms with one king size bed in each. We’re told no queen rooms were available even though that is what I booked through Bookings.com. They considered them close together since they were both on the first floor. Due to the time of night we made do with the situation but it wasn’t ideal.No hot breakfast was available the following morning so we had to spend additional money at a local restaurant.
