Superb

Perfect for T4 and a...

Liked: Fabulous location for T4 : a short walk across a connecting covered walkway. Hotel has it's own carpark and much cheaper than the airport carpark (£25 / night) : perfect for an early flight. I stayed one night but left my car there for 6 nights : sorted! Staff were nice, too!
Disliked: Nothing - great value.

Missing pre-arrival service/response to customer...

Disliked: Due to a technical problem by Booking, my room was booked twice. Having noticed the mistake immediately after the booking, I messaged the hotel without further delay to enquire whether one or two bookings were done at their end. I explained the situation twice and requested the hotel to erase one booking in case of double entries. Holiday Inn never bothered to respond to my messages but just sent me welcoming notifications for both rooms instead. It took quite a big effort to clarify the situation with Booking and to get rid of the double entry. Clearly, one would expect the hotel to answer customer requests particularly in light of my imminent arrival two days later.

Disliked: Shower had weak pressure and has been constantly switching from warm water to cold

Very enjoyable

Liked: Room was lovely and clean. Bed very comfortable. Food was expensive and bar staff not very polite. Breakfast was good with a good selection.
Disliked: Man working behind the bar.
