Liked: Overall, there is nothing particularly special about this hotel other than its convenient location, a 10-minute walk from Hammersmith station. I would only consider staying here again if there were no other options available.
Disliked: An average London hotel. Aside from two front desk staff who were smiling and genuinely helpful, many other team members were not welcoming or friendly. For example, when I asked about sugar-free muesli (as advertised “available on request”), one staff member initially told me to “ask at the kitchen.” Only when I responded by asking if he expected me to knock on the kitchen door myself did he realise this was not acceptable. He eventually brought me what turned out to be nothing more than a packed porridge pot—not what I expected.Other points that stood out:1.Weak toilet flush.2.Disappointing breakfast selection, made worse by the unhelpful attitude of the lady in charge.Overall, there is nothing particularly special about this hotel other than its convenient location, a 10-minute walk from Hammersmith station. I would only consider staying here again if there were no other options available.

Liked: I loved Nadia (front desk staff) who happened to check us in on our first night and also assisted us on our last night. Her customer service was great, bless her heart. It’s pretty decent with excellent location. Within a walking distance to the Hammersmith station. I enjoyed my stay because it offers a great experience. Room was quite small but it offered modern amenities
Disliked: For the price, I had higher expectations in terms of room space and variety of menu for the breakfast

Pleasant

Liked: Very close to the train station and close to shopping. There was a gentle man at the front desk that was really friendly and helpfu. He used to work in the Cayman Islands. He was the most pleasant person on staff. The staff in the breakfast area did a great job in keeping everything clean. My kids enjoyed the delicious hot chocolate.
Disliked: Rooms are way too small. We kept banging our feet against the beds especially at night. The view from our window was gross so we kept the blackout curtain closed during our 4 night stay. Breakfast was the same thing everyday and was not that tasty. Even though breakfast was included this hotel was still overpriced. I have stayed in numerous Holiday Inn express in several countries and this one was the most disappointing (Mainly the room)

Disliked: Room curtains had holes in them and partially broken so would not close all the way
