Liked: Location is excellent
Disliked: Breakfast - no diversity- everyday same food no one likes! For Muslims, there is no choice - why all pork's or non-halal! You should at least have some boiled eggs

Liked: The location is great. Very close to the subway, lots of restaurants and things to do and see. The breakfast was good but there was no variety, if you stay for long it will be the same breakfast every day.
Disliked: The room was very small. we were 4 people and had no closet to put away our clothes so everything was in the way. The bathroom could have a facelift as there was lots of broken flooring. No safe in the room so we had to take all our valuables with us every day.

Clean and comfortable hotel.

Liked: Everything was good. The only suggestion for improvement would be to have a late-night meal service, at least until 10 p.m. If you arrive late, you can eat at the hotel and go to rest.

Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: The room was very cold. The air conditioning control system was broken and did not work from the room and was ON all the time. As there was no phone to contact the desk from the room, we had to go downstaires every time asking to turn it off but after a few hours it was ON again!! The first night, we asked for another balnket (there were two blankets for three persons in the room) but we had to wait until next morning as the person to help was not there and we all, including my small child, felt sick by then. The washbasin was designed very strangely and the tap water was not located close to it so we had to wash our hands very carefully to prevent splashing water everywhere! The breakfast was good but not very good! Very normal without even cheese. The place serving the breakfast buffet was very small and crowded and people helping there looked a bit angry and not so nice to the guests.
