Excellent

Liked: Good nights sleep. Bed and room comfortable. Slept like a log. Shower pressure great. TV, tea and coffee. Staff friendly. Breakfast good. Location in Hammersmith is very useful for the city and Heathrow - all on the Piccadilly Line.

Liked: Clean room, clean bathroom, there was no noise, a big plus for that
Disliked: The location for breakfast is very small, without many food choices. Children didn't eat anything

Reasonable cost , good location,...

Liked: The hotel is in a good location for Hammersmith , close to bus and tube links - short walk to riverside bars.Its weathered but its clean and the staff were attentive.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn't great , sausages and bacon overcooked < tomatoes undercooked , all a bit cold / tepid.Its above a weatherspoons which you cant do much about ,main doorway down a side street past the pub.

Great stay for family and...

Liked: I liked the location and was very accessible for food, shops, and entertainment. Everything was within walking distance. The breakfast was included in the stay. Unfortunately, we only partook once, but a great addition.
Disliked: We walked from Hammersmith train station, but due to poor visibility of sign, we walked past the hotel.
