Never again.

Liked: Location and staff was very good.
Disliked: Very poor breakfast, bad and neglected rooms. Hairdryer was not working, washbasin was blocked.

Good but could have been...

Liked: The location was good, the room was comfortable
Disliked: Most of the staff were very helpful and pleasant but quite a few were unapproachable and rude when asked a question. There were also a few broken items in our room - the kettle and hairdryer. The number for the hotel on room advice is also for a different hotel.

Modern hotel, good value for...

Liked: Nice modern hotel with clean rooms and decent breakfast. Location is 5-7 minutes away from Hammersmith Tube station, which allows to reach London center and main attractions with 30-35 minutes or Heathrow airport in about 40-45 minutes. There are a lot of restaurants and stores nearby too.
Disliked: Breakfast variety could be better. Room didn't have a view (windows facing neighboring houses) and there was a subway nearby. Didn't matter too much to us, but people sensitive to noise may find it to be annoying, especially early in the morning

Short on space for clothes...

Liked: Friendly staff, good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Window was fixed as soon as we reported it.
Disliked: The TV wouldn't work, it didn't last year either We're bemused with a lack of drawers or wardrobe.?? It's the minimalist look but it still needs to be functional!
