The room was clean and the beds comfortable, and the staff very friendly. I usually have fruit and yogurt - would have liked to have had fresh fruit for the breakfast. The frozen bowl of fruit was still frozen in part. I feel the price is a little expensive in comparison to the nearby 5 star hotel which is a much more luxurious experience, with the use of a spa swimming pool. Thank you.

Disliked: The rooms were very warm at night but the air conditioning was too loud to leave on, and it was too noisy to leave the window open.

Very friendly staff. Room was very clean; air con was not working - we were informed of this and told a fan was in the room. Spotlights out in bathroom, making it quite dark. Also a spot light out on the room. Beds very comfy. Had to use stairs to get to 5th floor on several occasions as lifts would not work. Luckily we were able to do this, other guests may struggle.

Liked: Breakfast was included; staff very friendly.
Disliked: Spotlights out around the room; air con not working; lifts intermittently working.

We were so tired by the time we got to the hotel, the receptionist could clearly see I was a wheelchair user, yet I paid for a room that had no toilet facilities for a wheelchair. Once confronted I was given a disabled room that suited my needs. So it worked out in the end.

Liked: There was a problem with facilities to bathroom. I was given another room with wheelchair access.
Disliked: Couldn't believe they initially gave me a room with toilet inaccessible for a wheelchair user.

Accommodation was basic- no frills...

Liked: Breakfast was fine
Disliked: Shower was awful- pressure very poor and the water took a very long time to drain - over 30mins

Liked: Breakfast was OK and they even had gluten free bread.Reception staff were friendly and helpful and also the breakfast staff
Disliked: The room was too hot and the fan very noisy so you could nothave it on all night

Air-con broken in 32 degree...

Liked: It was close to the 02 which was the main reason we booked there. But still quite a walk from any public transport in crippling heat on our stay.
Disliked: We arrived in 33 degree C weather and when I asked thst the air-conditioning was working in my room I was told there was planned maintenance and offered a free bottle of water. I had the option of a free cancellation up till right before my stay. It is not acceptable, particularly when a perimenopausal woman to stay in a room I that sort of temperature without air-conditioning when it was noted on the room description. With the weather that hot and with it being planned maintenance they had ample time to let us know the air-conditioning was not working and allow us the option of cancelling and staying elsewhere. I stead we had a roasting hot room with no relief from the heat and a very uncomfortable night. The staff were prepped to offer a free water clearly knowing this was an issue and I don't think anywhere near suitable compensation for the air-conditioning not operating in those temperatures. I have contacted the hotel three times through the messager app and the only communication in return is to rate the stay, so here it is.

Liked: Location is great for 02 and getting in to London
Disliked: Noisy all night - you could hear people very clearly through inter-connecting door!!!!, people running up and down the hallway, shouting. Not great if you want a good night's sleep.
