Staff were pleasant and helpful, especially the gentleman serving at breakfast (Tony?). The room was spacious, the bathroom sparkling clean and the beds comfy. Free wifi in the room too. Made good use of the ice machine and automated hot snacks facility too. Would stay here again when coming to Crawley.

Liked: Location was good. The free parking and the included breakfast made the value exceptional as we'd paid in advance and got a good discount.

Liked: good cheap hotel you pay for what you get.
Disliked: very very busy with doors banging all night.
