Very good

Liked: The staff at reception, his name is Asdair, was very helpful in recovery of my bag of shoes which was accidentally considered as trash by the cleaning staff.
Disliked: Sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the mattress was very thin.

Nice quiet location

Liked: Breakfast was lovely but would prefer to maybe have a choice of egg options not just scrambled. Good choice of breakfast options.Only 10 minutes away from chessignton by car as this was our reason for visit.Lovely peaceful location with stunning views of the racecourse around the hotel.
Disliked: The room was clean but could have done with a bigger room maybe with better view we were overlooking the noisy fans outside but was tolerable for one night.

Disliked: After arriving at 0100 we were told breakfast would be served until 1030. After arriving at 0950 we were told breakfast had finished at 0930. After complaining, I was offered cereal without milk.Additionally the Air Con was extremely noisy and had to be turned off.
