Disliked: At first after requesting a room on ground floor close to reception when I booked weeks ago. Was put elsewhere on 2nd floor right next to a generator room. Had to request to be moved as no way was sleeping with that noise going on. The bed next to wall was vibrating from the generator. Why even have rooms either side of it? Was easily moved but the walk was long for my disabled mother who can't walk far. Very disappointing stay.

Disliked: Our room the shower control for the temperature was broken and it was difficult to acquire hot water which was a little unpleasant as my partner likes hot showers.
