Great breakfast, clean rooms, easy...

Liked: We had a very nice stay here. We chose this place because we flew into Gatwick, and it's just about 15–20 minutes from the airport by train! We really enjoyed the breakfast: there were plenty of options, the staff kept the stations well-stocked, and they were always ready to help. Adrienn and Adela were especially kind to us! There are many shopping and dining options just a few steps away, and public transport connections are excellent. Bus, tram, train, tube—everything was within a short walk, which was a game-changer with kids.

Liked: breakfast was very good.You have to give a £100 deposit when checking inn - wasnt a problem but it doesnt state that when book, and takes upto 30 days to return.

Disappointing

The staff were incredibly friendly...

Liked: The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made me extra happy that I chose this hotel.There were a lot of options near the hotel.The breakfast was good, but we who don't eat pork were not given any alternatives. Thanks to a staff member Adita who told us that there was a vegetarian option.
Disliked: Wifi was really bad, usually logged out between 5-60 minutes several times a day
