Liked: Good clean rooms. A little tight for space for the extra bed added, but workable. Location was good. Close (5-10 min walk)to train station & other public transport also nearby. Handy location halfway between the city & Gatwick airport. Great breakfast. Good value for money option
Disliked: Would be nice to have had some dinner options on site but there are alternatives close by.

Liked: Large room very comfortable. Even gad decaffeinated coffee.
Disliked: Lighting made it difficult to read.Background noise, lifts or air conditioning maybe, was annoying.

Disliked: Breakfast was not for me. I am more used to indian Breakfast and here not found any good veg options for breakfast.

Liked: We had a very nice stay here. We chose this place because we flew into Gatwick, and it's just about 15–20 minutes from the airport by train! We really enjoyed the breakfast: there were plenty of options, the staff kept the stations well-stocked, and they were always ready to help. Adrienn and Adela were especially kind to us! There are many shopping and dining options just a few steps away, and public transport connections are excellent. Bus, tram, train, tube—everything was within a short walk, which was a game-changer with kids.
