Our stay was fantastic, great...

Liked: The location was perfect for our needs. Staff were fantastic, helpful and very friendly. Room was lovely and comfortable, a bit too warm but the fan in the room did the trick. Lovely shower and toiletries were a great bonus. Breakfast was amazing, filling and the staff there were very helpful too
Disliked: No bottled water in room. No plug points next to the bed for charging phones etc- maybe look into usb ports. Not enough tea or coffee and no hot chocolate on the tea tray.

Enjoyable, pleasure stay

Liked: I like that the staff was friendly and welcoming, great size room, great value for money Excellent variety of breakfast, cleanliness 10/10 great housekeeping service. I would recommend hotel inn express to anyone who would like to stay in liverpool, beds was really comfortable. Great selection of drinks at a reasonable price in the hotel bar
