Liked: The location is stunning and the staff were all extremely friendly.
Disliked: The old windows are a joy to look at, as an authentic piece of Liverpool's history, but also very dusty and on the inside of a room, this is not a good look.

Liked: Great location,very friendly staff and service was of a very high standard.
Disliked: The air freshener at the entrance on level two was a little overpowering.

Liked: We loved our room, the size of it. The shower was great. Lovely and warm and liked the dove toiletries. Breakfast was good. Loved it overall and would definitely go back
