Excellent location

Liked: Location was perfect.Room was spacious and extremely clean.Bed and pillows were comfortable.Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Just 2 lifts, a tad on the slow side.Lighting in the room was a bit on the dark side, which was fine for me but for a 92 Yr old, a bit too dark.

Excellent hotel well run with...

Liked: The staff were polite and very friendly, The hotel was bright and exceptionally clean, The room was comfortable with a lovely view of The Liverpool wheel, . Breakfast is self service with adequate choice. You can get direct access to the restaurants and shops on Albert Dock, and bus stops a few minutes walk away.
Disliked: The lights in the bedroom switch all on or off apart from the bed lights,

Disliked: More soundproofing needed, could hear people walking around in adjacent rooms.
