Liked: The staff were particularly excellent and all other aspects were good.
Disliked: We had a family room and the bed was against the wall which for a double bed was not as convenient as we would have liked.

Liked: Really friendly receptionist who arranged for breakfast to be ready at 7am rather than 7.30 as website had incorrect time listed of 6.30am (which was why we booked this hotel as knew we needed early departure and wanted breakfast before we left)
Disliked: Just need to make sure details online match the reality
