Liked: We paid £129 for the night and when we went down for breakfast I was shocked to see it full of refugees with food piled high on tables and most of them dressed in night wear not what I was expecting on my night away for a family wedding
Disliked: The fact that we was not told that the hotel would be full of refugees had we have known this we would not have booked to stay there

Disliked: Having used Holiday Inns on numerous work and social trips I booked for one night as was visiting family .Having arrived late in the evening we were duly checked in by Bruno in a friendly and efficient manner .The room I was assigned was poorly configured with the bed pushed against wall to allow for what appears to be a retro fitted kitchenette.This is not a setup I'm familiar with and ideal for couples when you have to resort to climbing across the bedThere was a desk at the end of the bed but doesn't allow sufficient space to actually access and use Shower was only lukewarm and poor water flow The room as per the hotel felt very dated and in need of investment and the breakfast area didn't feel comfortable with large volumes of young children running around Though no fault of the staff it felt more like a hostel than a hotel Would not return
