Awesome quiet location, clean. But...

Liked: Staff is welcoming and friendly. Location is quiet, which is great for having a good night sleep after a tiring day. Breakfast is just basic food but enough quantity as I could see the staff busy filling in the trays. Internet was good too.
Disliked: Nothing particularly, but I feel the room was quite small for family. Basically, they just extend the sofa as a bed. Nothing to complain but it does occupy the little free space so almost no more space left in the room for moving freely.

Disappointing

Liked: the room and bed were clean and comfortable.. the location was perfect for me attending the nearby hotel and golf course
Disliked: the hotel was full of people being housed by the government and local authority. this should have been explained when making my booking.

Disliked: Very basic, no air conditioning in the room. Very hot and stuffy. Room very small and cramped. I was not told on booking that part of the hotel was housing homeless people .
