Liked: No housekeeping cleaned.. only 1 pack n play for the entire hotel.. did not refill body wash, shampoos, lotions. They were empty entire stay and only excuse they gave was “we are sold out”
Disliked: We had to go and ask for everything as far as towels, trash bags to do our own trash because housekeeping did not clean. We also had to ask for bedding for the sofa bed which should always be in the hotel room already

Disliked: They could’ve tried cleaning the restroom bathtub and floor . The pool was dirty . The bed sheets weren’t clean.

Disliked: One guy in the staff was pissed that we asked for a receipt and he started blaming booking.comNo water in the room so you have to go to the gym or have to buy waterCleaning services, you have to ask everyday otherwise they don’t come.
