Another Vacay in Cali!

Liked: I loved the staff and location of the facility. The cook in particular. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed her breakfast. My favorite was the sausage gravy. My husband's favorite was the bacon. Everyone was very pleasant.
Disliked: We stayed in a King Suite. The air/heater unit was broken in the living room. Due to renovations, they had not been able to upgrade the unit yet. We were able to use the unit in the bedroom and a fan that was supplied by the staff to keep the living room cool.

Lancaster UK was great

Liked: I have rated this stay on the holiday inn in the UK as this is where I presumed I was booking.This was a great hotel with facilities for my 4 year old grandson
Disliked: The fact that it didn’t start off well as booking.com had booked us into the USA

Liked: Early free breakfast and big suite.
Disliked: Parking spaces are more narrow than necessary.
