Most horrible stay with unsympathetic...

Liked: Not much.
Disliked: We booked it via Booking.com under pet friendly hotel which it is not. When we checked in hotel staff neither told us they were not pet friendly nor that they charge $250 flat fee which is outrageous.Hotel had numerous problems, a detailed list (Over one page) was given to the lady at the counter on check out and we requested a discount of at least 20% and waiver of pet fee which she was unable to do. Total invoice of $981 for theee nights was considerably higher than the quote of around $570 on booking.com which is shocking.We request Booking. Com to reimburse us $311 over charge. This is most shocking. We like to be a loyal customer of Booking.com provided you reimburse us above amount . We can share a copy of our complaint list of our stay at this hotel on your request.Thanks in anticipation of a favorable resolution of our complaint. ThanksRavindra R Vora

Staff should be friendly to...

Liked: Receptionist was with a attitude that she doesn't like to server the guests. Very rude and lazy behavior. I would not stay in this hotel again.
