Liked: We were assigned a room upon check in and when we went up to it, it was obvious it had not been cleaned. There was a pile of wet, dirty towels in the tub and the toilet did not look like it had been cleaned. When I went down to reception and told them they told me they did not have another room. I told them that was unacceptable and suddenly there was another room available. We went into that room which had obviously been cleaned.
Disliked: housekeeping should have cleaned the room before they put it up as available
