Disliked: the fact that we had to be there in the middle of a pandemic as well as at the fact at the beginning of a stay at home order. And the fact that the pool was closed.

No Working Heat, No Working...

Liked: Loved the king sized bed, and the size of the unit/suite
Disliked: My husband and I wanted to enjoy a sort of ?staycation? as it has been a difficult year and we had a night without our children and work. The room was under room temperature and chilly upon arrival I adjusted the thermostat to reflect room temperature unfortunately it never worked and I had to wear sweater and blankets for the duration, at around 12:30 AM my husband and I were woken to the sound of water hitting the bathroom floor, at some point in the night the sink backed up and came up threw the drain and flooded the bathroom, we luckily had the small garbage pail to bail some water out of the overflowing sink into the bathtub we immediately called down to front desk only to find the phone did not work it called down and front desk answered but they could not hear us, my husband had to get dressed and go down to front desk to be told that they had no maintenance or cleaning on site and we had the option to pack up and move rooms or take extra towels for the floor, as it was late and we were tired we stayed in the suite and cleaned the floor up ourselves. At check out everything went fine and we were on the way home when front desk called to notify me that we would have to come back to get the deposit or they could mail a cheque as they are unable to process it threw the system...this entire stay was frustrating and caused stressed the exact thing we were attempting to escape during a pandemic. No compensation or apologies were extended rather we were told to direct our complaints to ?Booking.com?

Liked: Two essential workers just needing a break.Staff. Helpful and friendly.Breakfast is fantastic.So clean. Fresh clean smelling rooms.Consistent cleaning by staff.Pool was nice and warm. Had a blast with family for a private hour.Hot tub was nice.Spa bath in room was great.Linens on bed are wonderful. Silly and so soft on the skin.Shampoo conditioner and body wash provided are JR watkins and they are great! Made my hair so soft!!!Pancakes and bacon and eggs were delicious. You get a delicious muffin yogurt and fruit cup and orange juice. Oatmeal was just a big NO. gross.Defiantly would stay here again just not this room with this bed.
Disliked: Bed was too firm for us. Both woke up stiff and sore from the mattress the second night. Not the fault of the hotel. It is a pillow top mattress we just prefer a softer mattressInternet a little spottyPaying for parking is ridiculous.
