Disliked: city doing heavy street repair, unable to get to hotel a couple of times when street rebuilding taking place by city crews

Clean, updated, nice hotel.
Liked: Based on previous reviews, I was expecting it to be a little more rundown and dirtier. If it public transit went out this far and it wasn't so far from the main tourtist places we visited (garden district and french quarter), I would absolutely stay here the next trip. It's clearly been updated and was really nice. Overall- will stay again if we need to be close to the airport.
Disliked: The only constructive criticism I'd give is that booking.com had their checking time as 3pm when it's 4pm- luckily they had a room ready for us and that the airport shuttle only runs every hour, which would have been nice to be every half hour (makes a difference at 5am).

Comfortable stay
Liked: I liked the location.
Disliked: The bathroom was dirty. It would have only taken five minutes to get it clean. There was something gross on the wall by the toilet. Otherwise it was acceptable
