Liked: Location to the airport. Good staff. Love the shuttle service. Rooms clean and comfortable.

Liked: Customer service is horrible
Disliked: When we arrived at 330pm for our reservation, there was a sign on the front desk saying the airport shuttle was down and there was no shuttle to the airport. Our flight out of town was leaving the airport at 3am. I asked the front desk for a refund as the reason we booked the hotel was because of the shuttle service. And our flight leaving so early the next day. Was told I'd still be charged. I contacted their customer service multiple times and was told they would cancel the reservation. Still no refund. Was told I should have canceled the day before. If I had known the day before, I would have canceled. Maybe a phone call to guests that reserved should have gotten a courtesy call stating the shuttle was down. We drove all the way from Florida to stay here. Highly recommend not staying at this hotel. We found a nicer one closer to the airport. And it was cheaper the staff at the other hotel were amazing people. Definitely find another hotel to stay at. Beware of this one.
