I love staying at this...

Liked: I have stayed at this hotel a few times and absolutely love it. The staff is genuine, kind, helpful, and very nice. The breakfast is always good with a great selection. I love the spa water and cookies upon entering the hotel. It is like a home away from home. The rooms are always very clean and the beds and pillows are very comfortable, more comfortable than other hotel beds.
Disliked: The only part of my stay that is a little frustrating is that the fitness room lock has a timer on it. In the mornings I have to ask the front desk staff to let me in. The staff is so nice and immediately helpful. Other than that I have ZERO complaints about this property.

Was a good location for...

Liked: Front desk staff was awesome. Had to change rooms and had multiple other questions and request that were handled with no problems.
Disliked: Some maintenance issues, such as main elevator being down. Coffee maker in the room didn't work.

Great location and hotel, but...

Liked: Nice, updated, and clean. Walking distance to the arena.
Disliked: My room wasn't ready at the 4pm check in time. I wasn't able to check in until 4:45pm. I had waited almost an hour to actually get to my room.

Wonderful stay and would definitely...

Liked: Walking distance to the T Mobile center and Power and Light!
Disliked: Parking lot had small spaces and it was a bit tight.

Very comfortable, however fairly expensive.

Liked: This hotel was in a good location with access to a lot of activities. My girlfriend and I were here for a concert and we were within walking distance from our venue. The hotels were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Definitely would stay again.
Disliked: Parking is $25 and they also charged another $50 on top of the room for a security fee, which is understood however I don’t believe that was made clear during reservation online. Cost me a total of almost $250 for a hotel room.
