Awesome breakfast and comfortable bed. Perfect location!

Disliked: Nothing.

Comfy and clean.

Liked: The property was well kept and the room was nice and clean. The location is located directly across from legends outlets. Staff was exceptionally nice and attentive.
Disliked: I wish they would have had complimentary water in the room. The water they did have for purchase was flavored propel.

Liked: Didn't have breakfast. I was In hurry so I just grabbed an apple.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have had a couple of bottles of water in the room.

Disappointed

Liked: The staff was fine and breakfast was good.
Disliked: Pool lift did not function for our handicap child, the room couldn't keep a consistent temperature and the pool area was unsafe.

Clean, friendly staff and great...

Liked: Breakfast was amazing. This was the 1st time in several years that my family enjoyed a hotel breakfast experience. The food was prepared well, always fresh and hot and the selection was great. The building and room were clean and the pool area was great as well - not an overwhelming chlorine smell like hotel pools usually have.
Disliked: The doors to the rooms slam no matter how quiet you try to be. This was the only thing we really had to complain about!

Liked: We enjoy the location. We stay here every trip we take to KC.It is always clean. And we enjoy the pool and hot tub.
Disliked: Every stay the staff is never very friendly. We always feel it's such an inconvenience to them when we go purchase water, pop, or a snack at the front desk. Or if our keycards do not work, they are never happy when we need new ones.
