You are doing great! Staff...

Liked: We enjoy the location. We stay here every trip we take to KC.It is always clean. And we enjoy the pool and hot tub.
Disliked: Every stay the staff is never very friendly. We always feel it's such an inconvenience to them when we go purchase water, pop, or a snack at the front desk. Or if our keycards do not work, they are never happy when we need new ones.

Our stay was wonderful—clean, updated...

Liked: Diamond was amazing when we checked in. She was very kind and helpful! The rooms were clean and updated. The pool and hot tub were the perfect size and had clearly been recently renovated. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety to choose from. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area!
