Poor

Liked: The staff was polite.
Disliked: The beds were incredibly uncomfortable-even the kids agreed. I could literally hear the room next to us peeing. The breakfast was not stocked well and what was out was hard.

World-class experience

Liked: The check-in was friendly, pleasant, and expeditious with Vinod. It makes a world-class difference when traveling with delays and stress. The presentations for breakfast were excellent, and choices were consistent and freshly available. The front desk staff was accommodating to my needs even at check. Simply a wonderful experience overall.
Disliked: Honestly, nothing went wrong. Well put together hotel.
