Unbelievably small room, no amenities...

Liked: The front desk staff is very friendly.
Disliked: The room that we had was considered a handicap accessible and it was so tight space. There were two queen beds in there and the one next to the wall and the by the Heeter/Air Conditioner to get to the side of the bed to get in with only about 6 inches to walk through. it was extremely tight. I actually had the hotel manager come up to too 420 and look at the room. He accommodated my request. We felt it was unacceptable. He believed the rooms was typical- it wasn’t. There were three of us in the room. Two of us had to share one bed and that was uncomfortable. It didn’t have a there were no sofas. It was very very basic. There were no amenities hand soap with inconveniently placed by the sink could hardly reach it.The hotel had two elevators, but only one was working. And the one that wasn’t working, wasn’t marked that it was not working and the staff with her laundry carts would get on the elevator as you’re waiting and there’ll be no room for the people going downstairs to the fourth to the main floor.I have never stayed at a hotel where the cleaning staff were so inconsiderate of the guests. They left their carts in the middle of the hallways. You could hardly get around the cart . They had laundry carts lined up as you’re walking to the convention area, it was unsightly & tacky. And numerous times the staff would jump in the elevator with their laundry cart or whatever they pushing and left guests waiting for the next elevator, mind you it was the only one that’s working instead of them taking the next one. Again, the guests were waiting by the elevator and had been there for a while because it only had the one elevator working -very inconsiderate.

Liked: Loved the variety of food at breakfast. Loved the 5-630 complimentary snack and drink! And the lady, I don't know her name, but the one running the breakfast and the complimentary hour was so amazing!We make this trip up here a minimum of three times a year, will definitely be booking every time I can at this hotel.The pool and hot tub were clean every time we went, and that was 2-3 times a day.
Disliked: I really didn't have any complaints or issues with anything there.
