would not stay there again...
Liked: The front desk staff seemed upset that he needed to help us - pool and hot tub were shut down- room was dusty and not very clean - probably the worst Holiday Inn I have stayed in..

Disliked: The primary concern during my stay was the staff's response to issues. It's understandable for occasional oversights to occur, such as housekeeping forgetting to change the sheets or clean the bathroom. However, when these issues were brought to the attention of the staff, I expected a genuine concern and prompt action to resolve them. Unfortunately, the staff were not welcoming, lacked smiles, and did not take responsibility, often blaming other departments instead. This response lacked the attentiveness and care necessary to effectively address and rectify the shortcomings, significantly impacting the quality of my stay.

Liked: Super clean. Very professional staff.
Disliked: Breakfast starts getting neglected long before breakfast time frame is over. There is no laundry room.

This is a most dishonest...
Liked: As you well know. I booked by mistake when I put into the search engine Jamestown South Australia and you came up as the top pick, so I booked. I realized the mistake straight after and put in a request for a refund less any costs you may have incurred. Got an initial reply and nothing else after that. So I assume you have no intention of providing a refund. All I can do is make sure that I let everyone I can know that Bookings. com is not an honorable company and should be avoided at all costs.
