Disliked: Lack of supplies for guests who needed essentials that they didn’t pack. Called down twice and no answer at the front desk but someone was there on a mobile device possibly watching a tv show/movie, on social media, checking emails, texting, FaceTiming, or playing a game. Completely unprofessional.

Disliked: Everything. No parking, rooms were small, hot water took a long time to turn on. Not safe location

Liked: It was a new building.
Disliked: The location of the hotel is an unsafe area. At night I heard a shooting from outside one night. Both nights several times for a long period I heard police cars siren over and over. For 2 days, I was stuck in the hotel as outside was not safe. No shuttle

I would definitely stay here...

Liked: The location was convenient to the plane and air-train i was taking the next day, the hotel was very clean and very nice staff, very accommodating and very helpful with special requests i needed, the breakfast was more than I thought it would be, very good beds and rooms. Gary was amazing and i didnt get the other staffs name when I first checked in but also amazing, very nice and very helpful made my quick trip comfortable and exceeded my needs!
Disliked: There is some construction around the area, when i went inside room construction guys were blasting their music till they got off work at 5pm, I love Bob Marley, but i just flew in from Paris, so I was exhausted, price was a little higher than what I was going to pay for the area, BUT the air-train was a 5 minute walk to my plane and I needed to be close by due to large suitcase's.
