Staff were very polite and friendly.

Liked: The staff.
Disliked: Jacuzzi plug would not stay down. Remote control buttons for TV were too small and faded. Carpet around the Jacuzzi and the room smelled mildewy. Front desk person was very polite and wanted to refund money but it was booked online by calling main number and a 3rd party was involved so could not do anything. Never got a phone call like we were told we would be getting by someone higher then her.

Liked: Small town right off the toll road. Nice walk-in shower. Clean rooms!!Awesome Breakfast in the AM. Great restaurants with-in 5 mile radius.
Disliked: When we arrived it appeared someone there was someone bring in several black plastic bags. When we left to go to dinner there was a stench in the hallway. We informed to clerk who was working and by the time we returned the smell was gone.

Liked: It was close to the turnpike and close to where we were meeting friends. That's about all that was good.
Disliked: The room was very small. It had 2 queens but one of the beds you could not walk beside because it was pushed to the wall so far. The shower was atrocious. I ran out of hot water 8 minutes in to my shower, the water pressure was horrible and the markings on the faucet for hot and cold were backwards. The lighting in the bathroom was awful too. The entire mirror was surrounded by a light that could not be turned off and was overly bright. The toiletries were supposedly Dove products but I use the same ones at home and the smell and texture were different leading to believe they are using generic toiletries and passing them as name brand. The overnight attendant was not welcoming at all. Basically, hi let me check you in. Didn't even tell us our room number just that it was down the hall. I had to look at the key to know which room to go to. I'm glad we only stayed for 12 hours. I would not have stayed more than one night.

Liked: Staff very friendly
Disliked: Refrigerator in my room making very loud continuous noise in middle of the night. Woke me up. I had to pull it out and unplug it. It was covered with a thick layer of grime/dust and behind it was even worse. Toilet barely flushed and eventually clogged up and almost overflowed to the point where I couldn't use it. I reported these issues to the front desk and checked out.
