Staff were very polite and friendly.

Liked: The staff.
Disliked: Jacuzzi plug would not stay down. Remote control buttons for TV were too small and faded. Carpet around the Jacuzzi and the room smelled mildewy. Front desk person was very polite and wanted to refund money but it was booked online by calling main number and a 3rd party was involved so could not do anything. Never got a phone call like we were told we would be getting by someone higher then her.

Liked: Nothing!
Disliked: people loud in the hallway, outside our windows loud ,laughing until 1am. The bathroom was dirty, stains on the comforter. Oh my god the the air-conditioning sounded like it was going to blow up! We had to turn. It off! Ports didn't work for the cell phone chargers. I was worried about bed bugs. And I paid too much for the room!

Liked: Great breakfast. Really nice staff.
Disliked: My friend wondered if the eggs were powdered. I was looking for the half and half for my coffee. The room keys did not work well.Couldn't find the hair dryer... it was on back of bathroom door hook.Parking lot needs repair.

Disliked: AC was so loud I couldn't sleep. Some of the lights didn't work.

Liked: Breakfast was surprisingly good! The scrambled eggs were very tasty and not dried out.
Disliked: Once we got off the turnpike there was NO signage to tell us where the hotel was located. We knew it was right at the turnpike exit but there was no visual and no sign. We drove way out of our way looking.
