Holiday Inn Express Irondequoit

Pleasantly surprised! Comfortable hotel welcomed my cat and us and other families with dogs. Hotel was very clean, room was clean, and relaxing. We were doors down from the pool and you couldn't tell it was there. Great breakfast with a friendly attendant.

Delightful Staff and Conveniently Located

Liked: Joy, at the front desk was a delight. She was so welcoming and made checking in after a long ride from Boston super easy and I just appreciate her kindness. I just wanted to make sure that she gets a shoutout or kudos for being so kind without probably even realizing how much it set the tone for our trip.Great location - close to plenty of stores open early and close to highway. We were spending most of our time in Webster due to a loss in our family and this was just as convenient as staying in one of the spots in Webster.
Disliked: Nothing - this is a convenient place to stay. There wasn’t any breakfast available on our second day due to a large amount of families staying for sports tournaments. We just had to skip waiting for the buffet to be reloaded due to time constraints.
