Pleasantly surprised! Comfortable hotel welcomed my cat and us and other families with dogs. Hotel was very clean, room was clean, and relaxing. We were doors down from the pool and you couldn't tell it was there. Great breakfast with a friendly attendant.

Liked: It was close to downtown Rochester.
Disliked: The deadbolt to our hotel room door did not work. We were not able to lock our door probably making the stay feel unsafe.

Pleasant

Disliked: The bathroom door would not close fully, would not latch in place. The lack of curtains was not good at all. There were only blinds, which let in quite a bit of light from the streetlight outside, and didn't feel very private at all on the first floor.

Liked: The location was great! Amenities were clean and the room was modern.
Disliked: I thought everything was great. The only complaint I had was against the bar. I wish it was open later.

Liked: The staff at the front desk was nice and helpful and the beds were comfortable
Disliked: The rooms could have been cleaned a little better and the prices could have been lowered since they are not operating with their full amenities. They also could have made it known the hotel was under renovations.

Disliked: I wish I wouldve known the pool was out . I wouldnt have stayed here if Id known that ! Also had stained sheets .
